OMG...I am laughing so hard I think I'm going to choke. The 0 in 08 is what did it.
P.S. It is now 208 I think.
I personally love the runners stepping over the heads of the mystery men.
It took me 40 seconds of hard core thinking, staring, and analyzing to figure out what the 0 in 08 was. Classy.
When I look at this image now, it bothers me that I didn't tilt Lady Liberty's head to match the tilt of the 8. Oh well.
And the mystery men are just two dudes inspecting hanging chads from the 2000 recount debacle.
